A Star is Born: Meet the Next McGlockton Legend

The North American University Stallions football team is ecstatic to announce the latest addition to our roster: Axiom McGlockton. Stallions fans, if that name rings a bell, it should! Axiom is the nephew of our very own wide receiver extraordinaire and coach, Justin McGlockton. The McGlockton legacy of athletic prowess continues to thrive, with Axiom being the newest star in a lineage of football, basketball, and baseball collegiate greatness.

A Legacy of Excellence

Axiom is one of nine Liberty County athletes to sign scholarships this semester, spanning five different sports. This includes a student who has snagged a D1 bass fishing offer—now that's what we call versatility! Congratulations to the diligent student-athletes of Liberty County High School for their remarkable achievements.

Meet Axiom McGlockton

Standing tall at 6 feet 2 inches and weighing in at 245 pounds, Axiom McGlockton is a defensive end with the agility of a track star. His versatility on the field is unmatched, effortlessly transitioning between a speed-rushing DE and an outside linebacker. Axiom's high school career stats paint the picture of a formidable force on the gridiron:

  • 22 Solo Tackles: Axiom's tenacity and skill in one-on-one situations made him a nightmare for opposing offenses.

  • 8 Assists: His teamwork and ability to support his fellow defenders highlighted his all-around defensive capabilities.

  • 38 Total Tackles: With an impressive total tackle count, Axiom consistently disrupted plays and shut down advances.

In high school, Axiom was utilized primarily as a defensive end and outside linebacker. His speed and agility allowed him to excel in these roles, making him a dual-threat capable of rushing the passer and dropping back into coverage. His track speed enabled him to keep up with any slot receiver, adding another layer to his already impressive skill set.
